Contact Sheet II in Photoshop CS6 broken
« on: January 02, 2013, 06:07:01 AM »

Last time I tried to open contact sheet II in Photoshop CS6 I get an error message that prompts me to a detailed window where it says "Message: undefined is not an object". Whatever that means, I'm unable to open it now (I'm a regular user of this feature). Does anybody have a clue how to fix this? Where do I find the preferences for contact sheet? I'm on mac.

Thank you for your help.

Try resetting Photoshop preferences. Hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences/settings file. Check yes and it will create a new (default) preference file.

Doing as you said unfortunately didn't help. I suppose the prefs for contact sheet II are buried somewhere else.

Anybody else has a clue?
