Tryfan photograph, Snowdonia, North Wales
« on: December 26, 2012, 06:55:48 am »

Having spent a few weeks working on my completely new landscape photography website I've had the time to look through some of my old photographs over the years and noticed that Tryfan in Snowdonia has featured in quite a few...

Tryfan from Bwlch Tryfan

Tryfan enroute to Glyder Fach

Tryfan and Bristly ridge

Tryfan and the Carneddau mountains

Tryfan from above Cwm Idwal

Tryfan & Pen Yr Olwen from Glyder Fach

'Tis a photogenic mountain. I've one or three knocking around too.

Very impressive scenery you've shown us there! And your photography does justice to the view.

Very nice set of landscapes. My preference goes to #1 and to the last image.

Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Beautiful compositions and all wonderfully full of texture.
All good but #1 stands out for me.

OT...

Simon - Any relation to a Tom Kitchin who was a pupil at Dollar Academy and now runs a couple of excellent restaurants in Edinburgh?

Thanks for the comments...funnily enought the 1st shot sat on my PC for 2 years discarded as the colour version is pretty drab..the B&W conversion transformed it

No relation to Tom, not that I know of anyway although there's no many of us "Kitchins" around
