Actually, ? backwards.

Early morning, with a bit of fog to help the mood.

I like it - well spotted. Lots of potential there. Have you thought about bw conversion?

This reeks of potential. As others have said, it is is nicely seen and quite inspiring.

However, I see the shadows in the other posts, their placement, the lighting, the background elements and feel there is a better composition waiting in the elements.

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Initially, I had been on the way to a Provincial Park for sunrise, however due to heavy snow, the park was closed for the day. I happened upon this small local park on the way back home and, as such, arrived a bit too late to really work the area. The sun was rising and the fog was disappearing quickly and this is about it.

I had not tried, nor considered, a B and W conversion, but will have to give it a go.

Very good! However, I think it would be even better if you did not include the (other) playground things to the right. That would really make this picture enigmatic.

I love this.  I feel that the colour is an integral element in the allure.  However!  How about knocking the colour out of the playground components so that they are less distracting.  For me, that then leaves the bench as an invitation to sit and ponder what '?' in the still calm of evening.

Seoonmie and WalterEG,

Thanks for your comments. As to not including the other playground elements, as noted above I had little chance to do any further on-site "editing". Walter, regarding the colour of the other equipment, I'll have to give your suggestion a try. Until I read your comment, I kind of liked that splash of colour, however now, since reading your post, every time I look at the image, my eyes go immediately to that colour! Go figure.
