I am having a problem with local adjustments when the following occurs: Capture 7.0.1 win 7
I have created one local adjustment via gradient mask or brush tool. In that that local adjustment I have made a color selection, adjusted hue, saturation etc. Now, in an attempt to fine tune the image, if I go and create a new local adjustment, which is partially over the 1st local adjustment. If I just do an exposure adjustment I am fine, however if I try to make a color selection in the new layer I get a dark area outlining the entire selection which ruins the selection. Does anyone else have this issue?
Example:
1st local adjustment: using the brush tool, I will select the entire sky of a image. While in this adjustment layer, I adjust exposure and increase blue sat.
2nd local adjustment: using the brush tool, I have selected just a portion of the sky, not the entire sky as in local adjustment no1. If I attempt to make a local color selection, the area that I drew with the brush tool shows up darkened. If I just try to make an exposure adjustment I am OK. Is this not possible or have I somehow corrupted something. It only happens when I try to make the color selection in the 2nd local adjustment.
I have not tried on Mac side yet but will sometime tomorrow.
