For obvious reasons, this reminds me of an Equivalent, and I feel it working in the same sort of way. I never quite "got" those, but I can feel them trying to make me feel something -- they don't, quite, manage it, and neither does this one. That has more to do with me than with the image, though.

This one feels "cropped" to me, the cloud formations clearly continue to the left and the right, and I feel like the image is incomplete without the rest of the formation.

The moon is well placed relative to the clouds, though! So, parts of the composition work for me, and other parts less so.
