IS anyone aware of a video demonstration of a wacom tablet(intuos 3) for photoshop correction, how to set it up and use for spot removal, cloning, etc?

It's pretty much like setting up Intuos 5 and there are some tutorials on Wacom's support site.
I use an Intuos 3 A5 wide and had no problems making it run in Photoshop CS. You have to find your preferred nib and your preferred amount of pressure by trial-and-error.
It would be easier to answer specific questions ...
Ciao, Walter
