Here are a couple photos of Zephyr and Alawa taken with Sigma 19mm lens on the Oly OMD EM5,
originally saved as RAW images,
transferred to an iPad mini with the Thunderbolt connection kit,
processed with iPhoto and Alien Skin Alt Photo apps,
and posted to my photoblog using the Wordpress app when I was able to find wi-fi.

I am currently traveling with an absolutely tiny bag of equipment (maybe less than 5 lbs?) and finding the combination of m4/3 camera and iPad mini surprisingly effective.

I like both images although they are very different. In the first image, the wolf is a bit lost but it's true that in the wild it's often hard to spot them. In the second, the wolf seems intrigued by something, maybe you? I like it a lot.

Thanks for the comments.

I have a sequence of shots of the first scene, he eventually lies down on the rock and relaxes for a while. He may have been checking out the area before getting comfortable.

Really amazing animals and it is tough to capture their intensity in pictures.

I really like the second shot, but wish there was more separation between the wolf and the tree in the first one.
