I deal with support issues on a daily basis; it's astonishing the atitude some (not most fortunately) have.  I *get* the fact that your frustrated; why would you be calling otherwise?

If you call with the idea in mind that you are going to work with the person on the other end to solve your problem, you probably will - the person you are calling is a professional - treat him/her as such, and he/she will certainly treat you in a like fashion

Know the issue you are calling about, vague descriptions of your problem will lead to a long call, be clear and concise, be prepared to replicate the issue.

Apply some common sense - the OP has a *licensing* issue, calling tech support won't work....

The best, and fastest, way to get results from Adobe Customer Care is to use Twitter. I have used them a few times and have been impressed each time with the speed and results.  https://twitter.com/Adobe_Care/favorites
