WTB - Sinar m Battery Holder

Looking for the proverbial hens tooth - Sinar m battery holder. Preferably the one that attaches to the LHS of the body, but I'd be happy with bottom one.

Sinar AF Lenses as well - 40mm, 120mm preferably.
