They look as if they all have fallen? In Scotland they have fallen early before the colour turned so it has been difficult to get anything meaningful just as you have experienced.

Not all have gone but the wind was certainly working on the remainder. What I liked about this shot was the blueness of the sky contrasting against the line and color of the branches...and the little color still left. This is virtually a SOOC shot.
