Oh, I've found my way around this in CS5 just fine--just print to the same profile that the document has been assigned to.  This way you get a 1:1 mapping just like no color management.  But the OP was saying that this isn't possible in CS6?  ???

That does sound familiar back from CS5.  Had forgotten about that trick.  In CS6/CC if you try that, as soon as you choose the same printer profile in the print window that the document is in, you get a nice popup saying: "No Color Management is not supported.  It appears that you are attempting to print without color management.  This method of printing from Photoshop is not supported.  Please use the Adobe Color Printer Utility if you need to print with No Color Management."

How thoughtful they were to build that in!

How about if you make two copies of the same printer profile?  ;D
