You may want to look at the ipf6450 instead of the 6300. The main differences would include improved drivers, specifically the gallery wrap feature, the hard drive, the improved dithering pattern and print speeds. It also has the management software you are looking for to break down the raw material costs for you and your other associates. If space is not a constraint you may also want to give consideration to the ipf8300, which after available rebates your final investment can be as low as $2,000, even less than a 24" unit.

*original message had a typo...the 6450 has a hard drive with it allowing for up to 500 jobs to be held within the job management tab. The 6400 will also show the same information but only for 10 jobs. Sorry for the typo.
