The best ambient meter there is, so good it's won numerous technical awards for its contribution to hollywood/worldwide productions the past 20+ yrs(not this particular one, but this model
). No Sekonic or Minolta has received that acclaim!
All grandeur aside, here's your chance to own one of the best meters I've ever used. Super accurate(and also,
it was calibrated YESTERDAY(10/2/2012) @ Spectra in Burbank), but just excess equipment not getting enough use to justify keeping it.
This is the same internals, but slightly different shell than the current model. Current model has a rubberized feel to it, this is a smooth plastic sheel. Still stays nice in the hand though.
Has some nicks, bumps and rub marks, fyi. The screen is nice and clean, no bleeding of the LCD, backlight works great in low-light situations, and a BRAND NEW PX28L battery is installed.
