I bought one of the screw on Hoya filters, mostly because my wife has clamped down on my photo spending, but I think as much just to give it a whirl before committing to adding to my Lee collection. In this, I am obviously quite a novice. In most cases when I see these filters used, it's almost always a receding sea, sunset and the like. Not bad images and most I find somewhat intriguing.

I approached this filter with a slightly different concept in mind and tested it accordingly today. I would appreciate some good critique.
