No gouging or brassing on lens mount. Glass is perfect, perfect mechanically. Note that the hood that comes with this lens is not the dedicated hood, but the LH-70 for the 14-54mm Mk I. I cut down some of the channeling inside the hood so it is a press fit onto the lens. I actually prefer this hood to the dedicated hood because it has a slimmer profile. The hood fits securely and I leave it on all the time, so this is a non-issue for a user. Includes front and back caps. Selling because I am moving to micro 4/3 exclusively.
