Better support for PhaseOne raw files analysis:
Manual black level setting (one setting for all channels or individual per channel settings)
Additional setting in Data Processing Preferences section, Phase One RAW Postprocessing - switches on and off raw data processing based on metadata in raw file (bad pixels map, additional tonal curves, etc); this setting does not affect the display in 'RGB render' mode.
For Fuji X-Pro1 the following two settings are always off (ignored if set to on):
Display Options - Raw Display - 2x2 Pixels
Display Options - 2x2 Mouse pointer Active Area
Windows/x64: installs to C:\Program Files, not to C:\Program Files (x86).
