I met her once at the Stage Door of Glasgow's Empire Theatre, or one of those places there... she came out and just stood around to let a couple of us snappers snap... imagine that today where it's your people talking to my people talking vetting etc. etc. etc. She was so accessible, friendly and chatty... that's how you get people to really care.
