Printing Workflow with Mountain Lion and Lightroom 4.1 on Epson 3800 Workflow?

I have recently upgraded to Mountain Lion on Mac and Lightroom 4.1 and Photoshop CS6.

I previously printed in Photoshop using the instructions here: http://people.csail.mit.edu/ericchan/dp/Epson3800/printworkflow.html

The instructions were from 2008 or so and I'm wondering if the workflow has been simplified. I would like to start printing from Lightroom.

Can anyone provide a link including workflow instructions for printing with an Epson 3800 in Lightroom 4.1 or Photoshop CS6 in Mountain Lion?
