I got a Ken Rockwell vibe from this as well. I think if you presented the image in color that would give us a better idea of the time of day. But I do like the tranquil feel of the image overall.

Yes, in color, especially ultra, super duper saturated color, it might indeed resemble Ken Rockwell. Oh, wait, you meant Norman Rockwell  ;)
