Image Print Version 8 for 17inch Tabloid Printer

I'm selling my Image Print Version 8 software and dongle.  I had to buy a new computer and am unable to use this since my new computer has Mountain Lion on it.  I just purchased this dongle and software last year and just can't pay the upgrade fee for the software. 
I understand the dongle and license will transfer to another user, and you can upgrade to Version 9 for the upgrade price of $313.25.

I upgraded to the Tabloid Printer Version 8 last July for $545.  They told me I'm not eligible for the free upgrade to Version 9 since my license was an upgrade from an Epson 2400.
