Marc McCalmont had posted a request for support for his up-coming trip through the southwest. In reading the responses, I was blown away by the knowledge, skill and experience so graciously shared to assist him in his planning.
I just wanted each of you to know that I was a silent sponge soaking it all up! My wife and I are leaving October 10 (our 42nd anniversary) for a similar tour. We will be starting from San Jose, CA and will go to Mono Lake, Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, Page, Monument Valley, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon before heading back home.
Your comments have helped me a lot in finalizing our plans. Thank-you all!
