Snowcap (Costa Rica)
« on: August 27, 2012, 11:39:34 am »

What a unique and beautiful hummingbird the Snowcap is. Found only in Costa Rica and Panama there really are no other hummers like it. This guy was photographed in 2011 on my Costa Rica workshop.

Camera Model: Canon EOS 7D
Shutter speed: 1/125 sec
Aperture: 5.6
Exposure compensation: -2/3
ISO: 800
Lens: EF500mm f/4L IS USM +1.4x

Every thing works so well in this image... the bokeh, the sharpness of the main subject and the gradual loss of focus. Another stunner from you.
