Kodak patents to be acquired by Google/Apple/Samsung?

Now that's something interesesting, I mean it would be if it meant a chance of kodak film coming back to stores.. too bad it's not the case..

The big question is- how is the big three going to sue one another over Kodak patents if they buy them together?

the corporate always has enough greed and resource to find lawyer to sue something else. From what Kodak was hoping and so far money presented is a big gap there, but let's say the consortium raised the bar, it is still something any of the member of the consotium can pay out of pocket money!  Is it the equilibrium of terror?  Sad for Kodak, it is the meat.

Don't get me started on patents and their resulting civil suits, or threats of same.  I got stuck in the crossfire of a multi-hundred-million-dollar patent battle, and it cost me a freakin' fortune just to not get trampled.  I think the law should be changed so that all patent disputes must be resolved by pistol duels.
