Doing the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Russ thinks one should do, I am posting something I shot an hour or less ago, based on raw emotional affection for the image.

You should have listened to Russ.  I think 6 months to a year is a better safety buffer.

Good tonality, nice texture, lots of interesting individual elements in there, but they just don't hold together or say anything cohesive.  It's like being in a crowd of chattering people, rather than clearly hearing just one voice.  It's quite possible there is an interesting shot in that location, go find it.  Try some compositions containing fewer objects.

Perhaps as WalterEG has suggested elsewhere, you could compose it in squares or near squares over lapping top and bottom and have two pictures.  I like how the angle of view compounds the railing in the lower left.  I don't like the angle on the door to the doorway; everything else is so peaceful.  My contentment is only otherwise threatened by a lack of distinguishing features on the nearest of the three cars parked next door.  I find the image memorable, perhaps because my failed search for dynamic structure or meaning kept me studying it longer than I would have if I had found a prize.
