Photoshop colour problem
« on: August 03, 2012, 03:34:32 am »

OK, bit of a long story but I hope someone can help.

Out of the blue, when printing from PS CS5 (12.0.5) to my Canon Pro9000 I got this error message. Eventually by following the last post in this thread I was able to print.  :D

But now, whether using Photoshop or Printer Manages Colour I get this result Please excuse the happy snap).

OS 10.7.4 and latest Canon Driver (10.57.2.0).

Help!  :P

Pardon my ignorance, but doesn't it look like one or two cartridges are clogged (i.e., certain colors missing)?

You are correct! No Cyan. Never had that happen to me before. Unfortunately cleaning, then deep cleaning have not remedied the situation. Unless someone can suggest a fix I guess I'm up for a new printer.  :'(
