Lens is in excellent condition. I purchased it brand new 01/11. Date code is UY. Comes w/ hood, case, leather hood cover, original foot, case keys and original box. also will provide a copy of my receipt if you like.
The only real visible signs of use that i know of on this lens is a small place on the hood, but i touched it up w/ canon touch up paint.
