How do you organize your photos?

I think that file organization depends upon how one's brain works.  In my case, organizing by dates would be hopeless, so I give each project a name + a date.  I also use Media Pro as my cataloging program and find that it serves my purposes very well.  Most of the earlier bugs seem to have been worked out, but I confess that I am not a power user.
