Guys, in my new topic intitled Camera equipment and HD filming for newbie (HERE) nobody seems to be interested to share advices of any type. Please, does someone here want to help me there? There are a pair of question for those I've yet received answer here, but many others are pretty new. The purpose of the new topic is to setup an equipment for HDSLR.
Thanks guys ;)

There are numerous web sites devoted to HDSLR's. I would suggest that you begin your reading / research at:

http://www.cinema5d.com
http://www.dvxuser.com/V6
http://www.dvinfo.net/forum

You will find answers to all of your questions there, if you just take the time to look.

Well, I've obviously read many topics in those forums, but I must say that here, in this website, opinions are clearer e replies make the point. Or simply I think it's interesting to have more opinion about similar topics, and I'm so curios to read the opinions of the guys of this website ;)

I just posted on your question about cameras in the other thread under 'cameras and equipment' before I saw this post.  Can I ask a question - have you ever made a film yet?  I only ask because as I mentioned in the other post I think perhaps you are trying to run before you can walk.  It's just a feeling.  Maybe you are making the whole thing too complicated.  The films you linked too in your other post are very 'arty' productions, and if you want to make films like these I feel that the equipment, software and processing are all going to pale into insignificance compared to the techniques and creativity needed to produce them.  I also see that I am not the only person to recommend the GH2 as a great, cheap camera to learn with.

Good luck

Jim

Sareesh, So are you going from PP CS6 into After Effects only to get the 32 bit color space before you grade? (assuming there are no effects, of course)

If there are no effects at all then it depends on the project. Small projects, I'd stick to P Pro to save time and money. For movies I'd opt for Speedgrade, now that it is part of the suite. Speedgrade doesn't support round tripping yet.

32 bit is just one reason.
