This is how some Glasgow "gentlemen" invite a lady out for an evening meal.

Stamper, you have to feel for them; what have they to compare with in that grim milieu - the tabloids?

They look happy, which suggests they are wedding guests as distinct from principal players, and they also encapsulate the reasons and emotions that drove me to risk all in an early choice between life or commercial death shooting fashion and nothing else, or a slow, suicidal spiritual death by exposure to cheap wedding photography.

I made the right decision, which, for me, was quite exceptional!

Stamper, I'm sorry, but they're all in shock today, mulling over the discordant declaration of the Saint.

Anyway, FWIW, I like the shot and knowing (once) the city's heart, I think you caught it bloody well and I guess it hasn't changed in the least, even after all this time.
