Lovely photograph! Definitely one for "the wall" as I, like louoates see "lots to enjoy here". The rain is literally dancing across the sky. Although I agree with Tony about the foreground needing to be "bland" I think that (at least in this small digital version) it could stand to be a little less bland with slightly greater separation of tones. On a large print, there might just be enough separation but adding just a little more could help shape the contours of the land a little more.
If this were my image, I would likely crop it to a 4:3 or 4:5 ratio removing the "excess" along the right side. I love the bright clouds in the top right but I find my attention following the beautiful diagonal rays from the left, down to the bright point near the centre then jumping up to the top right to the clouds and out of the photo. Cropping off more of the right side may contain the dynamic. Also, it move the lower end of the diagonal rays and the small rounded hillock more off-centre. But you know what - these are minor and highly personal nuances.
