Reverse post order?
« on: June 18, 2012, 06:06:25 pm »

When one views a thread, the first post appears at the top and later posts below. Is this the better arrangement? If I have been following a thread, I have already seen the earlier posts - I want to see the latest posts! I find it frustrating to have to wade thru multiple pages of posts I have already seen in order to view the latest ones.

In the subject listing, click the little “new” icon and you'll be positioned at the first new message in the thread.

I think Gary's advice is the best, because even if you reverse order them you still need to try to remember where you are up to and wade through to find them, else you read them in reverse order which may not make sense.

Use the technology to remember for you where you are up to :-)
