This is a triple-recessed lens board for the Linhof M679. Total recessed distance is approx. 33mm. It formerly had a Schneider 35mm Digitar XL lens in it.
The item is in near-perfect condition. The only markings are where the former owner noted (in two places on the rear, in silver pen) a reminder to use it with a wide-angle bellows.
Also included / mounted in the lensboard is an ingenious lever for adjusting the aperture without having to fit your fingers deep into the recessed area. It is removable, if desired.
