I thought this video was great and James Mollison makes very strong and important work, so I thought I'd share. The Phase part is really only an excuse. Go see it now, you'll be glad you did.

Fascinating video!  Thanks for posting!
Interesting as well that he uses the white backdrop for his portraits.
And not the desert or the camp.
