617 camera backpack
« on: May 31, 2012, 07:06:05 am »

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a new backpack for my 617 camera and wondered if any 617 users can let me know what they use.

Thanks in advance.

I use a f stop Satori EXP with the XL pro ICU. It holds a Horseman 617 with a 180 lens, Hasselblad H4D50, Hasselblad 28, 50, 100 and 210 lenses. My wife gets to carry a the other panoramic lenses 72 and 110 and the Hasselblad HTS. On long hikes my wife gets a bit annoyed with the weight.

I like the Think Tank Airport Addicted V2.0. Hard to find in stock but just so happens these guys are giving one away for free: http://bit.ly/LaYbHn

Thanks for the tips, the f stop bags looked great but I didn't like the opening at the back of the bag. I ended up getting a Thinktank streetwalker hardrive, it's perfect for carry on, and I can fit my 617, 3 lenses, loads of film, and even get my tripod inside once I removed the head which was a bonus for travelling.
