All equipment has been owned from new apart from one of the camera bodies (which was bought second-hand from the Pro Centre in London as a backup in January 2012).  The equipment (apart from the second-hand body) is in excellent condition without any scratches or marks.

Owned by professional photographer who has looked after his gear - most are in original packaging.

Thanks for this.  No, this wouldn't be possible - we'd prefer to sell in the UK, but if we were to ship overseas we'd need you to cover the shipping costs.

(There are two batteries, by the way - would prefer again to sell them with the camera body if at all possible)
