Close to the house
« on: May 23, 2012, 02:00:38 pm »

I had my hip joint replaced a week ago, so not much possibilities to move around to find landscapes. So it is cats and flowers in the garden for me... Here is a nature shot of sorts, fooling around with the new Fujinon XF 60mm f:2.4 Macro on X-Pro1. The tree branch was swaying a bit in the wind and I wanted to use the lens at wide open, so I used the 6 fps "spray and pray" technique, or is it the "bug spray"?...

I am really sorry to hear about your predicament Petrus but hopefully with time you will be able to spread your wings a bit wider.

Nice shot - sometimes it takes 6 fps to get anything.
I particularly like the stunt beetle.

And get well soon!
