Alternative to Hoodman

Hi,
I'm currently using Hoodman as monitors shade, There are good quality but I was wondering if there are other brands worth to know you could recommend.

To me the main 'usp' fo smallHD monitors is the Hood..

Diglloyd recommends the Zacuto. It has 3x Schneider optics and is expensive. They also make a 2.5x model. After studying reviews, I went with the Hoodman. It gets the job done.

I was talking about the external monitors lcd, sorry about not being precise enough in my OP.

Don't use camera lcd.

I'm looking for a long hood, for external bright. Hoodman has some good ones, used in broadcast too. But it's the only brand I know, there must be much more.

Portabrace and Petrol do ENG stuff.. dont know if they do monitor covers..

Thanks Morgan. Nice to know another brand.

Didn't find in their catalog the lengh I want.

Got a similar model of this one:


a H-7 (this one is an HVF46)

The thing is that in bright sunlight, specialy in countries like Spain where the level of light is really high, shorter than this simply doesn't work.
I really need a tunnel design.
