Any of the 1.5 stops (3x exposure increase) 82mm rear-thread center filters from Rodenstock, Heliopan, or Schneider will work for me.
I’m building a 617 camera with movements and recently realized I need a center filter for what I’m trying to accomplish. The lens the filter will live on is a Caltar II-N 115mm f/5.6 (the exact same lens as the Rodenstock Grandagon version), so a Rodenstock filter is preferred.
My budget is limited, so please offer reasonable prices. (I paid $500 for the lens with a board, I can’t pay $600 for a filter..)
Any money saved on the filter goes towards the body design (and towards food/tuition..)
Or, if you know of another solution to fix edge falloff / center hotspots (ex: does Corkin make a center filter?), I’d be happy to hear your thoughts.
