Would just like to comment that I have a number of images with similar blue tonalities. The ones that sell well also have some small areas of bright lights and warm colors that add contrast and relief from the blueness. The ones are mostly just blue are much less popular.
This particular image is relentlessly monotonic and a little heavy because of it. The blueness pervades everything, and although that is a valid interpretation, its readily appreciative audience will be limited. Dark blue can press pretty hard on the human psyche.
I would be tempted to partially neutralize the blue in the clouds, bring up the medium dark areas a few tonal notches and make the relatively warm colors in the rocks more prominent, and unveil the green color in the trees a little bit. Basically, broaden the palette a bit using subtle color variations to sort the scene out as sky, rock, trees. A b&w interpretation might be interesting, too. Please feel free to ignore me.
