Canon 1dx and auto-bracketing?
« on: May 07, 2012, 08:59:55 pm »

Hey folks,

   Anyone know if the 1dx has auto-bracketing tied in to multi-shot groups?  I.e., click once, and it fires off 3/5/7 shots per preset exposure changes?

I think it would be a cool idea... it fires so fast, I wouldn't have to count how many I've fired. ;}

I know. lazy, lazy.

Cheers!

I would be very surprised if does not have that feature as the 1D IV and 1Ds III and the 5D III do.

Ah, that makes sense.  Good!

My current camera is a 1dsII, so wondered...

Know if it has a configurable number of bracket shots?   I suppose in this world of HDR, they'd at least be aware of it.

Now, if they'd just ship them!

3, 5, 7 and maybe 9. And you set the size of the spread from 1/3rd to 2 stops apart if it is like the 5D Mk III.
