Question on D800 intervoltmeter & Time-lapse options

On a Nikon D800:
Currently the options are for both the inter voltmeter and Time-lapse settings are  "greyed out" and set to off.  Does anyone know what setting or settings need to be changed so these options will become un-greyed out so I can change them from off to on?

I love when I can answer my own question.   ;D

I didn't have the clock set.  That allows you to unlock the settings.
