is there a limit to the paper thickness that an epson 11880 can print on?

Per page 47 of the 11880 user manual:

Thickness - Roll paper: 3.15 to 19.7 mil (0.8 to 0.5 mm)
Thickness - Cut sheets:  3.15 to 59 mil (0.8 to 1.5 mm)
