failed to export

Hi,
Using LR3 I tried to export jpegs from large files. I asked LR to limit exports first to 1.5 MB and then 5 MB, but many files failed to export in both cases and I got the message that "some export operations were not performed".
Why not? If I choose "Export with preset> For EMail" this works fine and those are the smallest possible files made from the largest possible raw files (which were created by a Leaf Afi-ii 12 at approx. 80MP).
Why can't I get an export to the size that I need?
Many thanks for assistance!

I had this same issue.
The problem for me was that at the bottom of the export dialog box in the Post Processing section there is a drop down option to choose what to do after exporting. Mine was blank. I simply selected the "Do Nothing' option and the exports all went fine after than. I found it odd that Adobe would allow LR to not have an option selected here and make the export fail.
Hope this fixes your issue.

Hello,
It always exports a few files but not others, so I doubt this is the same bug. I have encountered this problem on several occasions ...
I have usually chosen "Show in finder"- but who knows? I'll give this a try, too.
