There are quality difference between compressed and uncompressed files with Leaf Aptus?

I always use uncompressed when I use CF card, but when I use C1 I need work with compressed.
If there are no difference can I use compressed with CF card and save disk space...

Yes, the file from the CF card will be similar to the file from Capture One
