I think a screw is missing here, but we got the printer originally like that and didn't notice any problems:
Those two metal rods that support the cloth catch area: the printer originally came with four, but the other two are lost. It means that you still would be able to use the catch cloth, but one of it's ends will be sitting on the floor instead of being suspended on the rods.
