I got ISO 50 and ISO 100 NEF files for the D800 so with only ISO 200 missing I now have a more complete picture.
Great read noise values and updated PDR estimates.

Low ISO performance is outstanding. The best Nikon so far.
High ISO performance still looks great. Several cameras are clustered together.
Note that I have a little less confidence in the high ISO estimates for the D800 than for the low ISO estimates.
Don't read too much into small gaps between cameras.
