Missing LR4 Video Features From Beta

Any idea why some features were stripped from the Beta to release such as Noise Reduction for video?  That was a HUGE feature!!  I did some awesome stuff with the beta at ISO 12800...no more :(

I'm pretty sure noise reduction was never available for video (or, if it was available in the UI, it was a UI glitch, and NR wasn't actually used internally to process the video ...)
