I have been working with one for a couple of days now. I like the multitouch pad as well as the balance of the pen in my hand and new button layout. The whole experience seems much more intuitive than using the Intuos 3. So far I have been using it as a hardwire tethered device. Today I am trying the wireless connection route - all seems smooth so far. I am a bit surprised that I need a physical dongle to make it work and that it doesn't use Bluetooth. Wireless cleans a cable off my desk but was hoping that it would free up a USB 2.0 port.

Mine came today.  Installation was straight forward.  My only problem was learning to click and drag by touch.  I called Wacom, they were very nice and helped me test the pad.  I learned the proper technique and all is well.
The adjustment sliders in LR4 are working very well with just a roll of the finger.
I'm very happy so far.

I had the I-4 medium and while I used it for detail work w/ brushes etc. I didn't like it for general use and found the mouse faster.  In addition, I was wasting most of the drawing surface because for photo editing I didn't need or want all that real estate.

Enter the I-5 touch small!  This thing is truly a game changer for me. Adios keyboard (for the most part), just the right amount of area, wireless (w/ the additional wireless kit), and it is very usable as a versatile touch pad so that I find mysel reaching for the mouse far less often.  I have a feeling after a few weeks of experience with it, it will become an integral part of my workflow technique, rather than the mere accessory for fine detail work that my I-4 has been.  Truly a leap forward from Wacom.
