if a gallery owner were to allow you to put your work in his gallery, how much is the going rate? the photos in this particular gallery range from $500 for 16x20 and up. Many are couch-sized canvas prints for 1000-2000.

The galleries I show in typically charge either 50% or 35% plus a small "hanging" fee.
