Yes, at 9:01 PM Pacific time, Lightroom 4 was/is due to ship...available now at the Adobe Web Site. Also note a new reduced price, $149 down from $199.

I added the upgrade LR4 product to a cart, but I see no button to check out?  Do I need to be signed in to my account?

Wow, and look what I found for upgrading! A screen that says $79 and $99...

B&H sent out a newsletter announcement this evening with a link to their site.  Full package is $149 or $79 for upgrade.

A lot of people have been confused on how to properly upgrade and install Adobe Lightroom 4.

It is very straight forward, but has one tricky step that A LOT of people are missing...

Check out this great 60 second video tutorial on how properly execute an install and upgrade from any previous versions of Lightroom: Installing and Upgrading LR in 60 Seconds or less.

So, is your name Eduardo Angel?

macuser88 isn't really very descriptive and Mike asks LuLa users to use a real name. That way we can tell when somebody comes to this forum to do self promotion...

Not for nothing, but some people take these sort of things pretty seriously. Trying to promote your own web site is one thing but doing so under the guise of trying to help people is another. You do realize there are lots of other LR4 info out there, right (including offered from this web site). BTW, I watched your video...and yes, you absolutely DO need to install Lightroom as an admit user (there's no might involved). Nothing really useful that I saw...just saying. (also noticed you are rather new here...might want to make at least a few posts in the forums that DON'T have links to your stuff–you know, become a regular member before trying to do self-promotion).
